albero cafe is a small family owned business that specializes in juices and smoothies, located in the heart of florence, right off the ponte vecchio, the infamous “old bridge”.
this is a freelance project I did while finishing up my bachelor’s degree program in florence, italy. the mission of the project was to create a budget friendly welcoming juice bar.
by empathizing the fruit crates behind the bar, I brought the warmth of the wood, along with warm lighting and the pop of color from the fruits, bringing the tuscan feel of a fruit market into a grab-and-go juice bar.
